Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed. Depending on location, shipping times vary from 1 to 5 business days.

Returns

We offer a 30 day warranty on our Electronic Cigarettes batteries, atomizers and chargers. We will ship out, at our expense replacement parts for those that are defective. The parts will be shipped via regular mail unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.

We can not offer returns of used products. We are willing to work with our customers who are not satisfied, but we are under no obligation to accept returns of used products because it is no longer needed or wanted.

Returns on unused and unopened products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
